SERVICES

Email Services: All CIS users are provided with an email account, which may be accessed through POP3 and IMAP clients and through webmail.

File Services: All CIS users are provided with a network home directory, which provides a small amount of storage space and the ability to transfer files within the CIS network. Additional space is available on our file servers for larger projects; for more information contact Jerry Wanetick. Personal FTP space is also available to CIS users upon request.

Web Services: Hosting and design services are avilable for project web site and web-based applications. Personal web space for CIS users is available upon request.

Printing Services: Access to high quality shared color printers is available to all CIS participants in CIS supported buildings at SIO, including: CCS building, Hubbs, Sverdrup, and Ritter halls. For printing documentation and driver installation, please visit: http://cisprint.ucsd.edu
